Learn about our Team and Culture
The people at Met1 range from Experienced Designers to Junior Tea Makers and no one is quite sure which is which.
But we love what we do and the work speaks for itself.
"I have a job for you"
A graduate of the London College of Printing, Martin has led a successful career working with some of the world’s leading brands. Martin founded Met1 in 2007 naming the company after the Metropolitan line where the first office was based in Eastcote.
Martin continues to lead the company today with his extensive knowledge of print practices and general production. The only thing letting him down is his passion for his beloved Fulham FC.
"What kind of brief do you call this?!"
A graduate of Hertfordshire University, David is a senior graphic designer with over 2 decades of industry experience. His contribution to advertising strategy and direction has benefited many of the UK’s top Blue Chip organisations.
David‘s professionalism and eye for the extraordinary gives us great depth in our delivery of projects. One of design’s nice guys who happens to make a great cup of tea.
"After I have done this"
Also known as the "Print god" Aaron joined Met1 in 2012 following a school work placement. Aaron is the first apprentice employed by Met1. He has a strong work ethic and is an enthusiastic member of the team.
Aaron has additional interests in the modern media and video game industry as well as being a strong Chelsea F.C supporter, much to the distaste of the rest of the team!
"I don’t do words, I do numbers!"
Eleanor joined us in September 2015 and we quickly wondered how we had managed without her! She is an avid and valuable member of the team, even if she is a fan of a coffee instead of tea. Although we do have to limit her biscuit consumption or we will run out!
Eleanor’s a true rugby fan, supporting London Wasps. Unlike the guys in the office who are very much into their football, much to her displeasure.
“Yeah, No problem”
Matthew joined us in late 2016 and has a thirst for knowledge and is always keen to learn new skills within the design industry. With an eye for art and a shared music taste with the office he fits right in. He continues to improve with every successful project and his communication and consistency is something we love to see in a junior designer.
His additional interests in music means that the radio is always exploding with a variety of music, keeping the office alive with more than the sound of the printer.
"That’s a good selling point"
Tracy worked with us originally to help us define the MetOne marketing strategy and brand values, however the more we worked with her we realised our need for her skills in management and organisation. Now Tracy helps us with our day-to-day project management and helps clients to develop the most effective marketing strategy for their specific needs.
Rarely one to sit still, Tracy likes running, cycling, rowing, skiing, scuba diving and fitness circuits ... but pass her a glass of wine and some chatty companions and she’ll stay seated for hours!
“Yeah already done it”
The second Dancer to join the team Christopher is our Public Relation Associate and his job entails ensuring all our customers new and old are made to feel comfortable and welcomed. His organisation and fresh ideas brings a new dynamic and has pushed the company to get all of those small bits done.
Just like his brother he is an avid gamer and competes at a competitive level while at university along with balancing that with his university work and the student bar.
The Met1 team boasts a wealth of experience in tailoring design projects to meet the specific needs of clients. Only through the use of bespoke design solutions can your business stand out from the competition to establish a fresh and creative brand image.
Our innovative approach makes Met1 more than just your average design agency. We ensure all of our clients receive both the best service but also at the highest quality. Our Office Located in the Chalfont St Peter High-street gives us access to London and the massive pool of business in the local area, who contribute with a wide range of services and products to the local community.
We have worked with some of the biggest and best businesses to supply quality print and that includes supporting our local area with an 8-5:30 open office Monday to Friday to ensure anyone can drop in for a cup of tea and a discussion about any project.
